Who we are

This site belongs to Big Brand Agency (Big Brand S.A., CUIT 30-70985780-7), located at Reconquista 29, Ciudad de Mendoza, Argentina. We are responsible for the personal data you entrust to us.

What data we collect

  • Data you send us: name, email, company, service of interest and the message you write in the contact form.
  • Browsing data: pages visited, device, browser and approximate location, only if you accept analytics cookies.
  • Advertising data: interaction with our ads, only if you accept advertising cookies.

How we use it

  • To answer your inquiry and prepare a proposal.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.
  • To measure the results of our advertising campaigns.

We do not sell your data or use it for purposes other than those stated here.

Who we share it with

Only with providers that help us operate the site: web hosting, email and, if you accept, analytics and advertising (Google and Meta). Some of them may process data outside Argentina; in those cases we require adequate protection safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep the inquiries we receive for 24 months from the last contact, unless a legal obligation requires a longer period. Cookies last as long as each tool specifies.

Your rights

You can access your data and ask for it to be corrected, updated or deleted by writing to info@bigbrand.com.ar. We respond within the time limits set by law.

Under Argentine Law 25.326, Article 14(3), data subjects may exercise the right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown.

The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, as the supervisory authority for Law 25.326, is empowered to handle complaints from anyone whose rights are affected by a breach of personal data protection rules.
